Quick service for our dine-in experience. Observed that the drive thru was popping and the cars were moving thru fast despite it being prime dinner time. Kudos to the staff for keeping restrooms locked and clean. New Steakhouse Burger was beyond expectations even for Whataburger so will DEFINITELY have that burger again and againParking: Fronts busy freeway access road in major shopping center. Multiple drive entries. Watch out for cars coming from multiple directions when exiting parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance with 2 doors is on the side to the right as you face the store. The door facing the main road is a single door.

During my initial visit, I noticed that the staff member seemed inconvenienced by my presence, possibly because I interrupted her tasks to seek assistance. The burger I received was lukewarm, with cold cheese and subpar bacon.

The service here is severely lacking at all levels, there is no communication between the staff and relaying to their customers that if they have an online order to head inside the store. Something really needs to change here, a lot of customers are not happy with this store but out of convenience we probably bite our tongues and not say anything.

Drive thru process it absolutely stupid. Why would you stop taking orders at the drive thru menu? This is not a quicker process. Everyone just driving up to cashier's window to order is creating a pile up. Whoever made this decision is not thinking properly.
