Just tried to grab breakfast and decided to cook at home instead because of the bad service in the drive thru. I started to place my order and from the 'hurry up' tone of the employees voice i figured they must be busy. As I was ordering for me and my family at the house I had a few items to order. But as I was rushed through my initial order, while I was still speaking the employee cut me off told me my total and said to pull up. I thought maybe she couldn't here me, but in the same volume of my voice I said I was still ordering. And in an exasperated voice she said go ahead. At this point I decided to go home and cook. Working in customer service myself, I understand that perception is 100% reality, and maybe she was having a bad day or feeling overwhelmed. I don't know. What I do know is she was not courteous, she did not make me feel welcomed and she did not care to have my business. I probably won't be back but maybe this will help bring attention to customer service so it may improve just for the 30 seconds it takes to get someone's order.

Ordered a meal, a kids meal, and extra fries mobile order said it would be ready at 8. Didn’t get meal until 8:20. Then everything is WRONG, and it wasn’t even a complicated meal. Please train and do better. This isn’t free stuff people buy this.

Worst service ever took forever to get my food then the drive thru gives me a dr pepper that was out gets upset that i tell him its out gets annoyed that he has to change it then i get home to find out my tea isnt sweet an taste old i work in the food industry i kno it can be hard be do better i just got work and was craving whataburger not shitty service an a nasty attitude fast food or not do better if u wouldnt give it to your grandma then y serve it to ur guest
