Just tried to grab breakfast and decided to cook at home instead because of the bad service in the drive thru. I started to place my order and from the 'hurry up' tone of the employees voice i figured they must be busy. As I was ordering for me and my family at the house I had a few items to order. But as I was rushed through my initial order, while I was still speaking the employee cut me off told me my total and said to pull up. I thought maybe she couldn't here...
The taquitos were EXTREMELY tasty! This Whataburger is not the closest to our house but the breakfast tacos were twice as good as the closer one and worth the extra drive to get these on the way to work!!
We have always like whataburger.. but lately the food doesn't taste the same . And wait is too long. The employees are rude . I order an iced caramel coffee with my order and they made me wait more than 30mins for my coffee.. when I asked an employee for my coffee he was rude and told me he was clocking out and left without checking or telling anyone else about my order . They just kept me waiting there. They saw me standing there and they would just ignore me . Really rude...
