This is the 5th time my food has been messed up and all they want you to do is bring it all the way back up there to get a new one it is my fault I don't check cause I'm in a hurry but come on really fish was bad and burnt now don't have nothing to eat tonight

Just went thru drive thru and the guy standing next to the menu outside was very cool and didn't waste time. I would definitely come back to this location.

Horrible service. We ordered a bunch of milkshakes one of which was given to us half spilled. Two of our drinks are missing and they charged and gave us two burgers we didn't want. Then when we called and asked to speak to a manager (nathan) he said he couldn't refund us as. We could only get cash toward other meals. As if we'd go back there. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve never had to complain about a restaurant ever , but it’s 5/5 times that they mess up my order . Whether it’s giving me the wrong drink, wrong burger , putting lettuce in my shake ? To protect the integrity of this review I won’t go on a tangent , but it’s ridiculous, all of the workers are high on marijuana when I went in the store to complain about my 5th order being wrong. It’s like they’re playing pranks on customers . They really put lettuce in my shake !! The only reason I found out was because they forgot to give me a straw ! If it wasn’t for their stupidity I would have never found out the shake had lettuce in it , they’re lucky I don’t go there and give them of piece of my mind .

TLDR: I don’t mind them closing at 11pm. They just need to update their hours on the door.Hours on door say the dining room closes at midnight. I came by only minutes after 11pm and their doors were locked. I tried to get the worker’s attention but she only talked to herself and gave me weird looks. There were customers inside eating still too. An explanation would have been nice.

I have never been so disappointed in my entire life. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for my food.The young man outside taking orders in the drive through Arturo could not believe it either. My order was wrong.I never got my drinks.I will never eat at Whataburger again. This day changed me for ever.
