Tasty food but it takes time to cook. Everything is made to order on a first come first serve basis unless product is cooking so it's nice and hot. Some people say they don't want cold food, but they want to rush the orders. If you get it too fast like other restaurants, then your food has been sitting. I'll wait for something so good to cook. I work at Whataburger so I know and if I want it faster when I arrive, I just use curbside!
Try to be ready when you get to the register. Order online if you can. Go during slow times of the day. Seems like everyone has to eat 11:30 till 2:30. Or evenings everyone stampedes at about 5:30 till 10:30. So, for a good meal. Be ready to wait. Watch out for Rodeo time or graduations.
