I ordered my food online waited 30 mins came thru the drive thru was told they would bring my food to me So I waited and waited and watched car after car after car get their food. We waited 45 mins for our order they didnt even bring our drinks nothing I had to back up and pull in the other lane up to the window to get my food instead of them doing there job and bringing the food out. Very unprofessional and just plane rude.

I've read some of the comments and the ones that have 4 or 5 stars are ACCURATE. I went and my service absolutely wonderful. From the food to the hospitality. One girl in particular named JAMIA was absolutely great. She asked what kind of ketchup I wanted and how many. Everytime I go, she never forgets to ask the little questions that make the service wonderful. I am a consistent regular because of this bright young woman. She deserves to be recognized!!

Ungodly slow service. Should only be considered fast food if you're slow in the brain. Don't even bother ordering ahead. You will still wait 30 minutes. I do not understand how every time I order here, no matter what, I wait for another 30 minutes for my food. If you order anytime at night you must contend with drunken idiots.

I’m usually not one to complain but it’s been relatively frequent when I come to this location, one person has stood out to be not very friendly. A shorter girl named Jamia was working the front counter and waited to take my order even though she saw I was ready. We made eye contact and she still turned around and ignored me. During the order she was very rude and seemed annoyed to take my order and even forgot to ask me if I wanted ketchup. When I said thank you she didn’t reply with anything but had an attitude the entire time. Once the food came out, it was hot and fresh but there wasn’t ketchup so I asked a young man named Colton if he can grab me some and he was very polite and asked me what kind and how many. Overall food was really good, service was mixed with Colton being very helpful and kind while Jamia was very rude.

These guys are swamped with cars, but still giving the best customer service. Didn't mind the wait. Thank y'all.
Stopped in for a quick snack. I got a sausage biscuit and hash browns. It was quite good and reasonably priced. They do a great job on these items. Iced tea was quite good as well, the real stuff. Many of us in TX really like Whataburger.

Donavan is AMAZING!!! I grandson and granddaughter refuse to at any other whataburger! When I ask what they want for dinner on Fridays their response is they wanna go see Donavan! We pass at least 4 whataburger's that we pass on the way back from Cleveland to Houston, but it has to be this whataburger! Donavan is an awesome guy! Great service!!!
