Forgot items 2x in the last two weeks.. A whole burger last time. Should have checked but one of those long line nights. Today we checked but who would have thought they’d leave out the mandatory sauce that comes with the chicken strip meal. Also paid for 2 creamy pepper sauce which didn’t make it into the bag either.

The service is getting worse no one up front knows how to read or take care of an online order. No matter how small of an order you get you will wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. You got seven people taking your order but only three Cooks. The managers here are joke.

HUGE thanks to the managers on 11/14, got me my meal when I ordered at the wrong location in the app. Saved me so much time and headache.
I've ordered from the this 249 location a ton and it was removed from my favorites in the app randomly. The location matching auto-highlights the 290 & Spring location when I open it. I wasn't thinking and was like "oh yeah, Spring Cypress" and didn't think about 290/249 and selected the 290 & Spring location it had highlighted, whoops.
Again if y'all read this, thanks for your understanding & getting the meal to me. Got my favorites list sorted and will pay more attention to location

I asked for a barbecue chicken strip sandwich SUB RANCH. I’m used to Whataburgers getting my order wrong which is what it is BUT I specifically asked the guy (manager) at the window if there was ranch on the sandwich because I had seen there was just a ranch cup in the bag. He confirmed that there was because that’s how I ordered it. I come home, no ranch on the sandwich and then the ranch in the cup is BROWN! Nasty and gross. Tried to call and the manager did nothing. Awful service and nasty food.

Its kinda expensive but the burgers are good. Its whataburger, what did you expect?
Really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I've tried this Whataburger 3 times now, and it still hasn't gotten any better over a period of 9 months. How is it that I wait so long in the drive-thru line for my food to receive it cold or to get the wrong order?? For Whataburger's slogan to be, "Just like you like it," this is definitely not how I like it at all. I'm very disappointed. This is a Texas chain. It should be better than the rest! I most likely will not bring my family to this location again unless there's new management.
This location either don't pay attention to what we order or they just don't care. Second time our order is missing items. I will now avoid this location, y'all should too👎🏻👎🏻

Thank you very much Whataburguer for thinking about the deliveries (drivers), today each driver who came to pick up was given 1 card with a free combo and an antibacterial, that made our day!!! The burger and chips were great, they are always very friendly and very fast to dispatch deliveries, thanks to the manager Jaime De La Fuente and all the staff, their store is the best, very clean, they are very friendly and everything is delicious.
