The spring cypress location never disappoints! The whole team works together to make sure customer experience is wonderful from the initial wait till they leave. Special shoutout to Jasmine that despite the restaurant being so busy she was smiling all the way greeting customers, even remembering some people’s names and adding that extra touch! Everything was great. The server was attentive, making sure we had everything we wanted. Cook actually got my hashbrows just like I asked! Scattered and extra, extra crispy (almost burnt). I've had a lot of hashbrowns from many different places, and most are afraid to do it or get the outside crispy, but inside is the normal mushy (not scattered). My compliments to the chef. Chicken fried chicken was excellent.
