Hands down, the slowest and most incorrect orders in the entire Whataburger chain.
It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you will wait an excruciating amount of time. Do not drive off without checking your order, because it will be wrong.
Just waited almost 25 minutes for a large chocolate shake. Was told they had to add the mix in so it was taking longer. Ok, I can maybe buy that.
Drive off and take a taste
It's Dr Pepper and something else ! Straight in the trash!
Out $5.32 , and 35 minutes.

If I could give no stars I would! The way the service was should be a JOKE! I sat in the drive through line for over 45 minutes and it did not seem like anyone cared. They came and said it would be 3 more minutes but it took over 10 minutes. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

We ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger. When we opened the wrapper it was all over the place. Top bun was half off, chicken was hanging off the bottom bun. There was so much Mayo, that the what thin slice of tomato was on there it started disintegrating. Trying to put it back together was hard because the bread absorbed so much of the tomato and liquefied Mayo it just was a MESS.

I have no issues with the food, my issue is with the drive-thru, I've noticed with this location as well as another off of 59. I guess Whataburger drive thru method is supposed to be similar to Chick-fil-A but its not. I don't know if its a lack of proper excecution or staffing but 9 times out of 10 when I go through the drive thru give my order and name they will forget both, its happened to me more than 3 times now. Maybe just do one drive thru line or hire more people.

Location is quick for doordash orders and makes sure the food is fresh even on busy afternoons. Being a customer as well, they prepare the food well no complaints.
