I like our local Whataburger. However, ordering through the app app it's very slow when picking up your food. You normally have to wait. No one greets you or ask if you're waiting for a mobile order. Sometimes it defeats the purpose of having an app.

Great customer service. One of the employees that was at the cash register. I don't know his name, but he came out his pocket to get my son a burger. I told him we got. But he said that it was cool. Preciate that 4shitsho4real
