The man operating the headset taking orders was articulate and methodical taking my order. He he told me of deserts asked what type of catchup I preferred. This was one of the best order takers I've ever ordered from. Then came the order delivery to the outside lane. She brought my food and quickly. The spicy chicken sandwich was great!! The fries were crisp and tasty. So thank you two and all of the cooks for a delicious and well needed breakfast.

terrible wait for a freaking burger with hardly no wait...drive through wait is trash...cars behind me got there order...this is the worst and last time i will come to this location also coke is always flat, you dont that nice crisp ice cold sweet coke like at mcdonalds...

Rude females portraying a manager when I called to report my wrong order. I did not know yall used real eggs I always thought it was powder eggs of some sort...it was eggshells all throughout my breakfast sandwich making it inedible. I called to speak with a manager but recognizing the voice from the drive thru speaker box, I immediately said they need to get u off the window.

Two drive thrus advertised but it was a 30 minute wait for an iced coffee when I was the only person in line. To make it worse the ice coffee had no ice and it had a disgusting taste. Just drive down the street to their other location because this one is a miss every single time.

I’ve visited this Whataburger three times now, I get off work at 5 AM this is when I usually go and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations. Each visit has been marred by issues that should not be present in a reputable establishment.
First and foremost, I often encounter incorrect orders. It's frustrating to spend my hard-earned money only to receive the wrong items. On the occasions when my order was correct, the packaging was subpar, leading to spills and messes that detracted from the overall experience.
Additionally, the quality of the food itself has been disappointing. I expect fresh, high-quality ingredients when dining out, and it’s disheartening to feel that this location is not meeting those standards.
I would like to formally request that the operating manager conduct a thorough inspection of the service and food quality at this location. Improvement is necessary, as customers deserve better than what I’ve experienced. I hope to see changes on my next visit. Unfortunately I will take my business to a different location.

First off been going to this place since 1993 . Today was the most confused restaurant I’ve been to since the remodel.. Which is not my problem! French Fries were cold and the gravy was watery. And when we asked for extra ketchup we got more than asked for !!
And got charged buffalo sauce . Which now I think Chicago owns all Whataburgers … well Texas fans we just lost a very Texas owed company!!! I will not be back !!!

Went through drive-through Lane B I had one customer ahead of me and I had two customers behind me. The two customers behind me ended up getting their drinks and their food 10 minutes before I got my food only and then 10 minutes later I was served my drink that place is backwards. I don’t know what’s going on, but yall need to get it together, by the way, the kid brought me my drink and no straw. He was running around like a chicken with the head cut off and my fries were stale as hell.

I bought chicken sandwich meal, the chicken were really bitter and so dry. My great-aunt said it was really dry and she said this is reuse oil...... Forgot to give me the drink, I went to my car and suddenly realized and went back in, manager look as if she's annoy.

Service here has CRATERED. Asked for fries, got onion rings. Asked for gravy, got honey mustard. Incredibly disappointing. I'm just going to patron Cane's for chicken and Wendy's for burgers from now on. R.I.P. Whata.
Bad experience. They forgot my order. All who came after me got their order. Waited for 30 mins for a whataburger and medium fries. The cashier had to take the reciept inside. After that another 15 mins. Also they are charging for the dipping sauces. I was never asked for extra money for dipping sauces in other locations. Not coming here again.

Drive thru experience was horrible. Bad service. They took an hour to make a chicken sandwich. I ended up leaving to log point Whataburger and service was so much better.
