Each time we come here we have to wait over 30 minutes on the line but tonight September 1st. Around 1:00 am We staying on the line over one hour. Poor management! It’s very sad won’t come back again

I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Whataburger absolutely deserves one all thanks to Ramona, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she set the tone for the entire experience. The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered clearly prepared with care. But what really stood out was Ramona’s hospitality. She personally checked in with customers, making sure everyone was happy with their meals and had everything they needed. When I had a small question about the menu, she went above and beyond to explain options and even offered suggestions that ended up being perfect. It’s rare to see someone lead with such genuine kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail all at once. Ramona is the kind of manager who makes you want to come back again and again. Whataburger is lucky to have her, and I’m lucky I stopped in that day!
Great location. Manager Ramona made sure my experience was good as I had never had whataburger before (tend to stick to a strict diet) but she suggested I got the patty melt and add grilled jalapeños and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back to this location when I’m craving a cheat day

Just a nasty dirty place. I live around the corner from the restaurant. The bathroom is so dirty and I had to sit at a nasty dirty table with old French fries dropped on the floor. The management doesn’t care. The restaurant really needs to be torn down as it is 30 years old
