Food trash! Couldn’t replace my toast for fries the fries was cold and soggy the chicken tenders were old. I asked for avocado on my burger they put a little bit of avocado on one corner.

Long waits, which is not uncommon for a Whataburger. I arrived 2 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready, but it seemed like they didn't start making it until I got there and asked. I love our Texas Whataburgers, so I'm lax on the rating, but timeliness really needs improvement or Whataburgers will all go downhill in favor of In n Outs.

I came in and order 2 sausage biscuit meals i get to the window and doubke check that it comes with sausage egg and cheese and i was reasured by kiara that it did so i get home to just 2 biscuit. No egg no cheese no sausage. 0/10

I love this whataburger but as a diabetic I was told the lemonade was zero sugar you need to explain to your workers there were several times I grabbed this drink then ended up feeling really sick it's lite not zero sugar and I does make a big difference so please make sure this gets addressed

Only been to the drive thru. Very nice and attentive staff. Accurate, and i always get all my items, and the food is always hot and good.
I don't even know where to start but 3 times is unacceptable. I came through the drive thru and had to wait at least 20 min to get my food which I ordered like 10 min ago. Not only did I get my food got all the way home to notice tht my order was not even correct. Drove back to get my order corrected and still didn't get it right thinking putting the old recipe on a new bag to again have my order not correct. 3rd and final time a Manger had to correct my order . I always come here first time I was disappointed.

This location messes up orders constantly. Missing items and even when I asked if items were in there that were forgotten before, was lied to. Gravy for biscuits was broken the last time and grease floating on top. All condiments that were on line were Missing plus no gravy at all for two orders. Qhen it's correct food is fine but unfortunately it's not most the time at this location.

Man don’t come here at around 11:30 to 12:00 at night found a hair in my shii a curly one that shi made me throw up 0 outta ten gonna start going to in n out now

Their food is good, but the service sucks. They pretty much always mess up our order and we just deal with it. From missing extra beef patties on burgers to missing complete items. Always check your order before you leave.
