I ordered two taquitos and a honey butter chicken biscuit through the drive thru. The lady running the window and speaker was so polite. The food was hot and delicious.

I was in a rush ti take grandson to urgent care. The order was wrong twice. What child gets a childrens meal without sauce and ketchup. I had to park in front of the store go in and ask for condiments. Then, I was about to pull off. I notice I only got a biscuit. I know I asked for a full biscuit sausage sandwich. The cashier gives it ti me after having to wait. She, tells me I ordered just a biscuit and that's what I payed for. It was embarrassing. I would have paid the difference. I just left. By then, I was agitated.I plan to call the manager. Its mainly because it was busy and the order was doubled checked by the drive thru cashier.I couldnt enjoy my food. My onion rings was cold. However, the sandwich was fresh.

My experience here is usually good but today it was the opposite so I'm giving 3 stars.At the end of ordering up front(before paying), the cashier informed me that I could redeem a free meal as a reward. It was a nice suprise so I politely asked if I could replace the meal I ordered with the free meal instead then.That request was made out to be a big ordeal with the cashier initially just going to the back to for help, another girl coming up making it seem like it was burdensome(she wasnt necessarily rude though) but then there's the tall light skin girl at the drive-thru talking loudly to the cashier about "the type of customers she has to deal with at the front"... Despite me being in clear listening distance.Guys. I've worked in fast food for years in the past. You have to stop being so overly dramatic. I made the request thinking that it would be as simple as tapping void on the screen. I wasn't aware you needed to get US parliament approval just to replace a meal on order before the customer has even paid...Funnily enough, by the end the cashier informed me that she made a mistake and it was actually just a free sandwich not an entire meal. ? The cashier is alright though, the only truly rude one was the girl talking at the drive thru.
