Whataburger never fails but this location gets 5 stars! The service was extremely good, up at front there was a lady and young man in training I believe as she seemed to be teaching him some things in the screen patiently. I forgot to order bbq sauce and she brought it to my table, she told me not to get up and she would bring rite out. The guy brought my husband and I lids and straws since we did not get any. The drive thru guy was super nice. Food wasn't so good.Parking: Can be difficult to get in and out the parking lot but there are plenty of parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Ever since they were bought by a Chicago company, their food and their service has been on a steady decline. Not just location, but many. They are no longer my favorite chain restaurant.
