THIS.WHICH WICH.ROCKS! The ladies behind the counter are so sweet and great at what they do. Their attitude is super positive, making it feel like a restaurant and not a fast food joint. Even thought they get super busy with app deliveries and catering orders, they make sure the walk in customers get personal attention and fast food. The sandwiches are awesome and fresh, and their shakes make you so full. We try to make it down there at least once a week with the guys from the office. If they are reading this, they probably know who I am. Thank you ladies! And don't forget to leave a cash tip, they work hard.

Took me a little bit to figure out how to order. You have to pick one of the 10 bags with the sandwich type you want. Then mark on the bag exactly which of the 5 variant of the sandwich you want and what toppings and sauce you would like. It's quite a lot the first time in.
Also, if you don't cook at home, you may make a horrible sandwich because you don't know which ingredients compliment each other.
However, if you know your way around food, this place is amazing! You can create anything you can imagine! And if your a vegitarian, vegan, doing keto, fasting or whatever, you can create a sandwich just for you by just not picking certain options!
The staff is also very nice! I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, and asked if I could get extra avocado instead of the cheese that it could come with, they smiled and said sure! You rarely get that level of customer service anymore. It's usually, sorry that's not an option I can press. No substitutions.
The sheer variety of sandwiches I can create will have me coming back many times!

Pros: They got a nice sandwiches. I like the place and the sandwiches.Cons: They don’t follow the instructions on the items you order. I mentioned that I don’t need some of the items, but found those already added in my sandwich. And this was done three times so far…… which is not good.

The taste was good. The sauce was less and not evenly spread across.

Large Blackbean Avo sandwhich + Drink + Tip = $17. It feels a bit expensive, even though it is a Large. But the food tastes good. As a result I have started to lunch at other places only a few feet away.

Food was yummy
It's a sandwich shop...
The workers are amazing but the food is bleh. No seasoning, onion or sauce? Eh. But the workers are really nice people. They also told me that the prices are going to start going up which I thought was crazy because you are already paying $8 a sandwich. They have deals on Wednesday but that price is going up as well. Would be great if they added more veggies and seasoning.

My sandwich was made wrong the first time and they fixed it when brought to their attention

The Garden Party Sandwich is so good!
Ordered a sandwich not knowing it's located in the tunnels. Wasn't going to pay $8 parking to pick up lunch. Tried calling 5 times to get curbside before leaving without my sandwich. They called me back when my lunch break was nearly over but i wasn't going to turn around. Just get lunch somewhere else.
Fast service and great food if you can find your way around the Houston tunnels.
