Our order was out for delivery for about an hour and when it was finally delivered everything was cold my wings barely had any sauce on them and looked like someone had already but them. I proceeded to call the store and ask for a refund and after explaining everything the associate says well if your eating it then it was warm enough to eat. They refused to give me a refund unless I returned all the food

The WORST!! Missed items from my order. Called store to notify, employee picked up, asked for my number, then put me on hold. I purposely sat on the phone to see how long it would take, I hung up at 12 mins. Called back, spoke with someone else & they said someone would bring my missing item...NEVER SHOWED UP! Not to mention my food was nasty, sloppy, and the boxes were smashed. Never again....

I hate this Pizza Hut so much, everytime I order pizza it's never cut , like wth. So I just call there again to place another order and the guy in the Phone was talking extremely fast I didn't understand what he was saying. I kept saying can you please slow down I don't understand what you are saying. He kept trying to rush me off the phone end it was so annoying I had to hang up in his face. The worst Pizza Hut ever‼

This is absolutely the worst pizza I've ever ordered . It was delivered cold and soggy waited for an hour and it never showed up had to call the store to get my order delivered their excuse was that they were waiting on a driver to get back I think that was a lie because after I called someone delivered the pizza within 10 minutes The pizza had sat there and no one bothered to deliver it. Horrible service and horrible pizza there is something hard in it I've taken two bites and each one had a piece of gristle or something in it .I will never order from this place again and I recommend that no one else does either.

Dante was SO nice and quick with my order. He has great customer service skills! Very respectful and great manners. Thank you for helping me with making a kind gesture. A huge shout out to Jake/Jeff (the manager) and Dante for their kindness. Give them a raise or promote them because they are the best employees I've come into contact with at this location. When it arrived, I got a small pepperoni pizza and the delivery driver said "we ran out of the brownie so I got you the cookie instead." While I appreciated the gesture, a certain ingredient in the cookie prevents me from eating it which is why I got the brownie. I would've much rather wanted a refund. When I called about the pizza mistake, I was put on with the manager who talked with much attitude and had the audacity to accuse me of lying about the mistake in pizzas. I was put on hold for 40+ minutes. I hung up, called back and no one answered. Never got my $40 worth of pizza/dessert.

I have no option but to. The pizza itself is good but the service is horrible. We always get our pizza 15-30 minutes later after a 1hr expected delivery time. The last time we ordered 1 pizza, we expected to get it within the hour. After 2 hrs of waiting and with no update, we called in and learned they hadn't even started making the pizza. They asked if we wanted to keep the order and we were too hungry and didn't want to wait another hour so we declined. We assumed we would get a refund but a week later we never got the refund so my boyfriend called in and they said they couldn't refund us and that we would have to go to corporate or our bank. I don't understand why they didn't tell us beforehand as if we would be okay with paying a pizza we never received. I know the location probably won't care that i'm leaving this review but I hope it's helpful to someone or even some changes are made.

I've been Managing restaurant for 17 years .. the worst thing you can do is lie to your guest .. if u mess up .. u take accountability for your f*** up! If you can't be straight w a guest ..management isn't for you .. we ordered pizza it's been two hours been lied to not once but 3 separate times mgr on duty was Timmy Rojas .. unacceptable!

I just received a supreme pizza with garlic knots, delivered. It was so under cooked it truly was uneatable. I spoke with restaurant management and we are anticipating a replacement. I'll keep you posted, although I'm sure this is the last Pizza Hut delivery I will ever place. Yelp wants a photo of this pie atrocity, why? Bad pizza is bad pizza. Yes I know its a Pizza Hut and it is a FAST FOOD pizza chain but please, uncooked dough? 3 more minutes in the oven, easy. Yours truly, Pizza consumer in the Copperfield area. ** Update! I did received the replacement pizza in a timely manner. Having typed this the pizza was not much better. Maybe garlic knots on PIZZA HUT 032270 pizzas is a BAD IDEA. Just maybe. It should be possible to give 0 stars. We are great tippers, we have simple orders, we don't even mind when it comes a little after the estimated delivery because stuff happens, we get it. But this is probably the 4th time that we've ever ordered from this location and this is the 4th time it's taken 1.5-2 hours to get here (est time 30-40 min) also, middle of the week orders at earlier hours like 5:30-6pm. This is the 4th time the pizza has shown up COLD. But this is the first time I've ever ordered their "wings" and I'm 100% over this place. Are these supposed to be considered wings? Fried pieces of crumbs ranging from smaller than a dime to a quarter size? Oh, we had ONE normal sized "wing". But no chicken inside 90% of them. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. You're literally wasting your money.

I am appalled. It took TWO HOURS for my pizza, wings, and breadsticks to be delivered. I don't even know where to start, I am sooooo angry. EVERYTHING I ORDERED ARRIVED ICE COLD. The pizza is thinner than a thin crust pizza and I ordered hand tossed?????????¿ My f****** breadsticks had NOTHING on them, literally no butter or seasoning, NOTHING. They gave me flour sticks. See picture. I waited 2 hours, no exaggeration, for this bs. -1094929199392 out of 10
