This location used to be fine to order from and receive solid service. I'm not sure what is happening behind the scenes but this is now the 2nd time I've ordered delivery and stuff is missing from my order. Do yourself a favor and choose another location.

It is the best wing place in Houston. The restaurant is small, delicious and fast. The service is good. I order ten lemon pepper wings. I recommend you try lemon pepper.

One star only because zero is unavailable. 99% of the time when you order here, items are missing, wrong, or poor quality. I've received credits and refunds when addressing these issues, but at this point, I've given the restaurant too many chances. They simply stay busy due to location. The service, quality, and personnel are 100% subpar. Do not waste your hard earned money.
Will never place a delivery order from this location again. They use Door Dash third party to deliver order and order was stolen. If using WingStop for delivery I would strongly urge using another third party delivery service because Door Dash is unreliable.

We were kept waiting for close to an hour for a simple to go order of a ten piece combo. When we walked in and placed the order we were not given any expectation of how long it was going to take. As of right now, there are 20 people waiting inside for their orders. And we were told still have two more orders in front of us.
This is not okay. We should have been told it would be up to an hour wait to receive our food. Had we known we would have left!
