AC don’t work. App pick up times not accurate at all. Waited over 30 mins.

I was really taken aback by how the cashier, Bianca, treated her coworker during my recent visit. While I understand that working under pressure can be stressful, there’s no excuse for creating a tense and disrespectful work environment, especially in front of customers.
Bianca was visibly rude to her colleague (I believe her name was Nicole or Simmicola, based on the receipt). Nicole was simply trying to assist, and when she explained, “I was just trying to help you. I didn’t notice you were on the phone,” Bianca ignored her and noticeably balled up her mouth in frustration. It was uncomfortable to witness and nearly caused me to cancel my order.
I usually come here because of the welcoming service and friendly team, but this experience made me second-guess returning. A positive work atmosphere is key not only for staff morale but also for the customer experience. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t affect others.

I ordered an 8 piece, 1/2 habanero, 1/2 Korean bbq. The gave me 1/2 habanero, 1/2 garlic Parmesan. I’m pregnant so I ate the habanero wings and called in the portion that was wrong so that I could return it for the right order. They told me 15 minutes. I made the extra trip to (and from) the store and arrived 30 minutes later. The order was not ready. I gave them the 4 garlic parm wings back and they gave exactly 4 Korean bbq wings in a smaller box lol. Fair trade, I’ll admit. But considering that I had to burn more gas, time and energy for the store’s mistake and for the food not be ready even though I got there late… and I’m pregnant so my food being right is a big deal right now 😅. Moral of the story, it’s the small things that separate great service from average or mediocre service. The food was good, but the standard for customer satisfaction needs some fine tuning.
where do I even start lol. I called this location because they messed up the delivery and instead of being apologetic and understanding they had an attitude, tried to blame the driver, and did not have any sense of respect for the simple fact that they just messed up. The manger is rude and incompetent and i’m genuinely confused on how she got that position??? if I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

I online ordered my food at 12:00pm and never got it. I got a text that my food was picked up by someone else. I called the store and told them that I never got my order. The cashier said she would check on it and put me on hold FOR 2 HOURS. I would hang up and call again since they never got back to me and the same cashier would tell me to “wait a second” and would put me on hold again. Finally I called again and told her to not put me on hold since I was tired of waiting 2 hours and told her to just refund me my food. Then she passed me to her manager and he started yelling at me saying that I “needed to calm down” and it was my issue that I didn’t get my order. He was extremely rude and when I started giving him the same attitude he was apologizing. In the end, I told him to refund me and to call me back when they got things figured out, which he never did. Instead, he texted me with a screenshot that my refund was getting processed after 4 hours of miscommunication and bad customer service. It wasn’t about the refund, it was about the way they were handling the situation and blaming me because they gave my order to someone else. The cashier doesn’t know what she is doing and the manager has no patience and thinks that it’s the customer’s fault. Poor poor customer service.

Wingstop as a whole has been declining for years. I think I’m still trying to hold on to how good it used to be 15 years ago. Now they’ve changed how they prepare their fries(which was really what set them apart). The fries are now precut and pre frozen with barely any seasoning even when you ask for extra seasoning. This is the nail in the coffin for me. Lost me as a customer.

From out of town, worst wingstop I’ve experienced, cold food , ordered 10 dollars worth of sauces and received nothing no straws no napkins bag was not sealed , call the store they offered 2 option come pick up sauce with 6 wings free , or refund on the sauces we’ll see if we get my refund cause obviously im from out of town or else i wouldnt of door dashed if i had a vehicle

I can see why the reviews are so low for this store. They never wan to handle their own screw ups and blame on a third party. Why would i order a Wing Combo and not ask for Fries. Unbelievable. This came from the Manager.

I have no idea what has happened to customer service or common sense but I guess these business believe you have to patronize them.
I was given buns on my sandwich that could break a rock in half. I call before getting in my car to return and the phone call was simply pointless and I had to return to the store with no apology or regards but a dirty look.
However, the cashiers made up for the lack of professionalism the manager displayed. & in the end did apologize.

Every wingstop sucks these days. But this staff makes it worse . If your food time is coming up add 20 more minutes for your food. Most of the boneless wings are just fried pieces with hardly any meat. Also you might not want to watch them make your food. No hairnets and no gloves . Absolutely 🤢. To top it off they won’t even give you a cup for water. They will charge you for a $3 cup to get water. Stay away from wingstop. Staff , food, and atmosphere an absolute 0.
