Ordered 8 boneless chicken meals. One big nugget, 5 or so medium to small nuggets they need to serve same size n. Ridiculous pricing for their presentation. The service was great and fast.

Angela did AMAZING SERVICE, deserves a raise and a promotion. She really made me excited to eat wings and can’t wait for tomorrow to come back and order some more. Amazing person and very kind as well as funny.

Seems like the AC was not working. It felt hot and muggy in the restaurant, lots of customers were complaining about log wait times, one customer even ripped a bag as they were grabbing it from the manager, and proceeded to throw his food all over the floor… Police were called. I saw at least three complaints just within the time I was waiting for my order.
When I finally got my food, the wings were undercooked and still jiggly, the fries were cold and stale… I literally had to come home and put everything in the air fryer just to make it edible.

I don’t blame the employees, they seem stressed and understaffed. They need help, but I won’t be going back ever

Food was good but clearly not fresh enough as my stomach can always tell lol. However, the hot honey rub was really good compared to other stores in the area and the fries somehow didn't have a metallic taste at this store when the store down the road always leaves a metallic taste on the fries.

She gave me bone in instead of boneless when I asked for boneless and she took forever to even place my order she wasn’t doing anything and her attitude was terrible. They shouldn’t hire people who are constantly faded tbh. It was sum older lady too…got fried chicken from Tumble 22 instead was amazing!

10/10 whole experience!!! And thank you to XENAIDA for exceptional customer service. And Jameal (guy in the photo) for his exceptional customer service. As I was ordering my food he was cleaning and checking in with the other customers making sure they were good and enjoying their meal. WHEW TOP TIER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! There was also another employee who came in for her shift she didn’t waste no time assisting as I had a question. Y’all have a very happy Tuesday and work day!!!!!

The cashier was the only good experience… ordered a 4 piece tender & 8 pc combo… after ringing us up, she told us that it would be a 15 minute wait… I came back in to grab the food, and they were still working on it, once I received the food and checked it in the car, I was heart broken!!! The fries ARE NOT the same(& missing seasoning I requested) I received a tender & 3 big boneless nuggets that they tried to pass off as tenders(sauce was also missing on the side) and the wings weren’t wet. Once my sister brought it back in, they seasoned the fries & sauced the wings.. and still left those 3 big nuggets in the container.. I will never be back at this location again. It’s honestly sad to see so many young adults with little to no care for their job… or work ethnic.

I walked in and placed an order and the cashier asked me if the order was for here or to go. I told her the order was for “Here”. I waited 45min and after multiple times of the same cashier walking back and forth to use the restroom, I finally decided to approach the counter and see what was going on with my order. The lady asked my name and then just grabbed the bag off the “to-go” rack and handed it to me. I asked her why it was in a bag on the shelf if the order was for “here”? Without any concern she shrugged her shoulders and said, “I don’t know”. Upset that I had just been sitting there the entire time while the cashier was walking through the restaurant, I asked for a refund. Keep in mind, only two tables were being occupied in the restaurant. So it wouldn’t be too confusing to realize, no one ever brought my food. Then the manager came up to process the return. She seemed sedated and lacked any urgency to resolve the issue. She pulled her phone out and checked the time to confirm that I had actually waited 45min. She then said “you don’t want us to remake it?” Based off her nonchalant attitude and lack of concern, I declined the offer. Then she processed the return and attempted to keep my original receipt (attempting to prevent me from access to the survey).

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

We were missing our fries and dips! Went back in to get them and they didn't season the fries correctly or extra seasoning like we ordered. Also, they bumpbed our order, saying it was ready on the screen, and i was still sitting over another 10 minutes before it was actually ready. Customer service was nonexistent. They were just in there goofing around and having a great time. No control of what they were actually doing and being on the clock. Not worth the $65 I spent. Take your business elsewhere.
