I love Wingstop but they forgot to include my ranch and messed up my order multiple times now. Not the best location in my opinion.

let’s start with the cashier zariah was very rude , i came in for just ranch & i forgot to order another one so i came back inside to place another order for ranch & as im about to be next in line the computer crashes so i have to wait 7/10 min as im waiting ppl are coming in & mind you im next in line , she ask who has placed an order online & who hasn’t been seen , she then starts asking them for names & then comes back to me & ask me what i wanted & i told her “ just a ranch “ she gave me side eye & basically ignored me cause my order wasn’t big enough or important enough so she begins to talk to everyone else telling them she’ll be calling out ordered , so as im wasn’t 7/10 min just for ranch i told her “ mama can you just give me a ranch like it’s not that serious , i just want a ranch “ ignored me again & proceed to go on about her business, the guys in the back are telling each other how they hate their jobs , it was just very unprofessional on her behalf & the whole staff , if you don’t like where you work find a new place to work , if you don’t think my order was important enough or not enough to worry about you don’t need to at a fast food restaurant , just absolutely horrible never experienced this kinda service from wingstop , then she didn’t want to give me my own recipe like it bothered her that i asked for my recipe for my ranch

I loved the fries. Employees gave me my food really quickly. The wings were very amazing and crispy. The temperature is something I usually complain about, but this store gets it!Would absolutely come again, if you love WingStop, this is the place to go.

Terrible location. nobody knows what’s going on. Waited over an hour for an order placed over the phone, nobody knew where it was when I got inside. Just close it down.

Im a regular and I truly appreciate what they did for me tonight, Jan 21st 2024.Ranch spilled all over my fries and I cannot have dairy. I went back to the store and explained what happened, they very kindly replaced the fries, change the bag and re-bag my order. I truly appreciate them. They went beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

They forgot my items and told me it’ll take a week to get refunded. Full refund for the missing items were said by “Evee” the apparent manager of the day informed me. I asked if I can have a confirmation my refund will take place and she said she doesn’t know. She said call back in a week and they can try again because the owner or whomever handles all refunds. A lady named nisha answered the phone and after I told her my issues she eventually called evee while saying “ I’m not dealing with this man I got stuff to do.” I want my refund for order number 23914690974531587 on 1/11/24.

Once we got to the location we were informed that food is not prepared until you are at the location and paid for. If we are going to call ahead and have to sit for 30 minutes for food to be prepared, I’d love for my fries to at least warm. It was so bad that I want to give it a 0, but I can’t so I give it a 1.

I was told over the phone when I placed my order to-go that my food would be ready in 18 minutes. When I go inside after 18 minutes to pick up my order, I was told an additional 10 minutes the food would be ready. I then take a bite of my food and the chicken is still PINK.
