I had placed a DoorDash order online for pickup and when I got home the order didn’t meet expectations. My 15 pc combo & 10 pc hot honey & garlic parm wings looked like plain wings, with no seasoning on them whatsoever, my fries were cold, and I didn’t receive no ranch with my order. I wanna start off by saying, I almost never leave reviews unless it’s an experience that really stood out to me to the point it was really distasteful. Now, starting with the parking, it’s terrible. I was looking for parking for close to 15 minutes, just to get wings. To get into the actual customer service, it was Terrible.
