The Monks Indian Bistro offers an experience with a premium and royal vibe. The food is absolutely delectable and awesome, featuring authentic Indian flavors with a modern twist and rich, perfectly balanced spices. Highlights include the Butter Chicken, Biryani, Keema Biryani, Dynamite Paneer, Chettinad Chicken, Andhra Chicken Curry, Garlic Naan, Roti, creamy Saag, and veg samosas. It is also a spot for the best Indo-Chinese street food, with good Indo-chinese dishes, chicken Manchow soup, chicken tandoori momos, and Hakka noodles. The presentation is next level, like art on a plate. Service is amazing and top-notch with wonderful hospitality, though one visit noted service was just ok. The restaurant is family friendly with a nice comfortable waiting area, but can be noisy. A significant issue was poor ventilation filling the small space with smoke and smell, hopefully an isolated incident.
