Had inaccurate order delivered... missing brownie, plus I ordered extra seasoning on my fries that I did not get, it barely had a normal amount of seasoning. And I got the wrong flavor wings... they were fresh but looked liked only butter at the bottom of them box when I ordered hot honey wings. When I called, the Manager did not want to refund me for the missing items, she only offered credit to me so I will be disputing the ENTIRE charge with my bank to get my money back for the entire order.

They only had 3 people wkn, cashier had an attitude and sassy. My spicy chicken sandwich was turned upside down so sauce was all over the ranch containers. My bag wasn't sealed like she did the customer's b4 me.

Zero stars if I could. Got a surprise in my food. I’m glad I saw it right away. Didn’t eat any of the food. Went straight to the trash ? wish the establishment wa more careful. Avoid the disappointment and don’t eat here!!!!! Roach infested restaurant.

Just want to share if you place a takeout and someone is picking up your order, please make sure you provide a code, confirmation number and the correct name. I just experienced having my nephew drive to a different store location because he failed to provide one of the things listed above. They young lady who took my order was kind enough to prepare a fresh order for me. I was very upset in the beginning and then had to realize their was a misunderstanding at pick up. Thanks for providing me with fresh food.

This store need a lot of working they have rude people like Jenny an I found out she a manager. They can’t cook they would put a 40 piece wing in 1big box and the chicken juice will be all over the floor, the chicken be half way cook. Every time I come it something It can be I am waiting for an hours and some more stuff. The only thing that was going good is the person Andrea have great customer service and she know how to talk to people, they need training from her.

I am here with my daughter at this moment, and the Cashier named Jenny treats you terribly, pretending not to speak Spanish, and with the Hispanic face she has, as if she were a Blue Eyed Guera, oh Bolilla, please, I do not recommend This Site, because of Employees like this they ruin the Restaurants, if ?? you like the job, look for another one, Don't treat the Customer badly, because for one they have a job, because?? I ordered a dine in and the girl who took the order “Destiny” doesn’t know how to listen or give decent customer service. To start she mis took my order and didn’t give me my receipt & she placed my order as curbside when I told her it was for here. She didn’t even ask what type of dipping sauce I wanted. She took the order while listen to her headphones which is very rude no greet. When I asked her questions she would hardly want to answer. She isn’t fit for an easy decent job and should probably be in custodial duty. Plus has long braids to almost the floor and long acrylic nails very unprofessional for handling food orders. It takes basic customer service but she lacks basic comprehension skills. Will not be returning rather drive to the 290 location.
