Just want to share if you place a takeout and someone is picking up your order, please make sure you provide a code, confirmation number and the correct name. I just experienced having my nephew drive to a different store location because he failed to provide one of the things listed above. They young lady who took my order was kind enough to prepare a fresh order for me. I was very upset in the beginning and then had to realize their was a misunderstanding at pick up. Everything was cold to the touch as soon as I fries were scraps and wings were overcooked from been just reheated they were all just lounging when I got there just accepted my fate honestly it was too dam cold but compared the one on 34th st no
