Randy and Fatima was so nice when I called to place my order and then I had to call back and add more food to my order and she was extremely nice and courteous ā¦ and even though I made the orders 10 minutes apartā¦ I made it to the restaurant and my food was hot and ready ā¦ thanks girl ā¦ editing review 7/22/25 ā¦ it wonāt let me leave a second review so I had to edit ā¦ Just want to say shout out to Randy, they didnāt give me the option to upgrade my fries on my online order, so I called the store and Randy help me with no problems and it was fast and easy to help solve my order ā¦ Thanks Randy

I ordered a 24-piece meal from this location and paid extra for all flats, but the order came mostly with drumsticks. I called to address the issue and spoke with the manager, who asked for my order details but claimed they couldnāt find it. Instead of resolving the issue, they put me on hold and never followed up. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how issues are handled moving forward.
