Went in this location specifically said extra well done on wings. They came out 20 minutes later not cooked the way I want. I asked to get them well done and waited 20 more minutes half of them were still not the way I wanted . I left and started to eat and the grease was extra heavy on top of the seasoning. It was on a Saturday night. October 18th. The wings got us sick. The place needs more attention on customers than kids playing around with food.

Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on

I’ve ordered from this location several times, and the food is always on point. However, this last experience was disappointing. I tried placing my order online, but it kept giving me an error. When I called, the guy who answered was rude and acted like I was bothering him.
I asked for all flats (I just had a dental procedure, so they’re easier to eat), and he said the deal didn’t allow “all one type.” We went back and forth a bit because he kept pretending he couldn’t hear me. In the end, my order came with all drumsticks — clearly done on purpose.
If you can’t do all one type, how did I end up with only drumsticks? That’s intentional, and it’s unacceptable. As a paying customer, especially in today’s economy, no one should have to worry about people playing with their food. Or how they’ll react

Randy and Fatima was so nice when I called to place my order and then I had to call back and add more food to my order and she was extremely nice and courteous … and even though I made the orders 10 minutes apart… I made it to the restaurant and my food was hot and ready … thanks girl … editing review 7/22/25 … it won’t let me leave a second review so I had to edit … Just want to say shout out to Randy, they didn’t give me the option to upgrade my fries on my online order, so I called the store and Randy help me with no problems and it was fast and easy to help solve my order … Thanks Randy

I ordered a 24-piece meal from this location and paid extra for all flats, but the order came mostly with drumsticks. I called to address the issue and spoke with the manager, who asked for my order details but claimed they couldn’t find it. Instead of resolving the issue, they put me on hold and never followed up. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how issues are handled moving forward.
