Placed a order arrived home and realized I was missing my boneless wings.I called the woman who answered was not helpful so I spoke with manager he was helpful apologizing and said he would give me free fries. I drive back to pick up order and they are made incorrectly ? & I was not given the fries,I sent my daughter in to swap them out and they gave her a free brownie. Still waiting on the wings though.

If you place your order online in a timely fashion, you should have no complications with arriving and your food being ready. Only sometimes, especially on big game days, add yourself a few more minutes because it does get overwhelming for them, and that's understandable on those particular days. Other than that, I have never had any issue at this location.

Not a clean looking location. Not much interaction with staff to say if they were good or bad which is why I ant give 5 stars but they didn’t do anything to get a bad rating. Food is always on point. Kinda hard to mess that up when it’s always cooked to order.

Ate here today October 21,2023, ordered food for 4 people, there was many take out orders that were served before us, so upon going up to the front they had my order sitting in a bag for who knows how long, sandwiches were cold, I asked for extra seasoning on the fries and the just put some on top, also they left out an order of fries and I had to bring that to their attention, I can’t stand this wingstop location, a message to the owner and manager, y’all need to do some serious quality control on this location because looking at the reviews something isn’t right

Really dirty place. Took forever to get my order. Foul mouthed kids with no professionalism or work ethic whatsoever. They move along at a snails pace, and don't care how long it takes. Doesn't look like anybody cleans anything there. I won't be going back there. Just a bunch of hood rats.
