I don’t even know… this was the most random location for a wingstop. I wasn’t feeling too good and didn’t feel like cooking, so I went and ordered wingstop. I got there around 5:15-5:20 didn’t order until like 5:30. Melvin was my cashier. He was RUDE! I told him my order then went to grab a cup. He said “put that back” in a completely ugly attitude. So I got all annoyed right after. I filled up my cup and sat down and waited for a whole hour. There was two people in front of me. A man and a woman. Both of them filled up their cups like 2-3 times. She seemed annoyed and he was just dumbfounded. A total of 30 people came in ordered take out and left. All of which came after me. I got all suspicious so I went to ask a man who seemed more competent but in hindsight wasn’t. He was very rude. I tried asking him for an update on my order because all of his customers took priority Melvins (me, and the two others) didn’t. So right after that I waited for 20 min. For them like 5 or so. By the time I left it was 6:15. I sat in that store for a whole hour waiting on two things. It was cold and soggy. The wings had so much oil and grease that the auto zone next door could use it. The fries had no flavor and were gross. Defiantly not going back

Fast food workers these days are completely incompetent. And Rude. Not sure which is worse, that they don't know what they're doing or that they are rude to customers that call out their mistakes. When I called, the manager insisted that I have the missing item in my bag. I did not. She said check again. I checked again. Food still not there. Then she told me I need to watch my tone and how I speak with her. In my mind I'm thinking "who is serving whom"??Wings are great, workers are not. I wish they used AI/robots, at least they would be nice to customers.

I’m not sure who’s idea was to have a bunch of “kids” run this establishment but it sure was not a good one. It’s great to give young people a job but the ones at this place have not one bit of customer service skills, and more than skills, I think it’s just common sense, but they don’t have neither. Even when greeted by my teenage son, the person at the register ignored him and asked what was he ordering. We were the only ones and yet the food took forever to be ready.

Soon as you walk in you have employees sitting down and some even sitting on the counter. I called my order in at 10:10 it was only me and one other guest inside. They stated my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I didn’t actually get my food to almost a whole 50 minutes later they don’t close for a whole hour yet the worker was cleaning the fryer instead of making the food. This Wingstop used to be good now it has really gone downhill

This location has went down hill dramatically. They have kids back there who don’t know what they’re doing behind that fry or register. I also placed my order and arrived after 25 min for them to tell me they barley started order. I love Wingstop so this is very frustrating!

Placed a carry out order for my lunch break, picked my food up came back to work and the FIRST boneless wing I picked up had a woman's hair on it ! The ladies in there are not wearing hair nets ! This is unacceptable I have to lose time out of my break to go deal with this sanitary issue !

I put my order in for my food 20 min before I got to the store and the food was not ready. I had to wait for 40 minutes after being in the store for my food . I watched people who came in after me get their food before me. I did not order anything large or that takes an excessive amount of time. This is not the first time this has happened. It is unacceptable. I approached the counter multiple times asking about the my order and they still forgot part of it.
