I don’t even know… this was the most random location for a wingstop. I wasn’t feeling too good and didn’t feel like cooking, so I went and ordered wingstop. I got there around 5:15-5:20 didn’t order until like 5:30. Melvin was my cashier. He was RUDE! I told him my order then went to grab a cup. He said “put that back” in a completely ugly attitude. Fast food workers these days are completely incompetent. And Rude. Not sure which is worse, that they don't know what they're doing or that they are rude to customers that call out their mistakes. When I called, the manager insisted that I have the missing item in my bag. I did not. She said check again. I checked again. Food still not there. I’m not sure who’s idea was to have a bunch of “kids” run this establishment but it sure was not a good one. It’s great to give young people a job but the ones at this place have not one bit of customer service skills, and more than skills, I think it’s just common sense, but they don’t have neither.
