Although the cashier was polite and professional; her male coworker was rude by interrupting my ordering experience all because his coworker received an outside food order. He was loud drowning out our conversation so much that the cashier had to apologize for his behavior.

Ordered the chicken sandwich meal. For the flavor I selected original hot with extra sauce & added lemon pepper. I also requested extra seasoning for the fries. The sandwich was literally dry with barely any sauce or seasoning and the bread was hard as a brick. The fries, although hot, were lightly seasoned. The customer service was exceptional.

I order 5 combos, got at the location and picked up my order, when I get back to my place and check the orders there were not ranch and the cheese sauce I order, call back to the store and the lady that answer put me on hold just to tell me that I didn't order any ranch on my order when I know perfectly what i order, I think she had someone's else order because she read me back and order that wasn't mine, then I told her I have my online receipt and she decided to put me in hold again. Not even my fries were horrible, hard and all burn and I missed my ranch on all my combos.

I Come her sometimes and the Young Lady I think her name is (Miranda) the Cashier had one of the Best Customers Service at this Location.Every time I come in I see her Cleaning the Lobby and Managing Her Task 10/10 Would Recommend Eating at This Location because of Her.

This place has gone down significantly in quality with how the food is cooked. On numerous occasions, I've received fries and wings cooked in old oil that should be changed out on a regular basis according to policy and procedure.This leads to people having health issues and complications and should be corrected immediately.

The wait time here at this Wingstop is really off the charts. I ordered my food at 6:00pm and they did not have my order ready till 7:20pm. And the customer service was the most horrendous display I have uncounted at any place, just a over all bad location and will not be returning.
