They did me so wrong every time I would go for a bite the sauce on the wings would burn my nose. Also ordered 2 diff flavors got the same nasty one. They gave me some old corn must’ve been from yesterday, fries were decent im disappointed smh

Came in to pick up an order , I got 3 bags and I ordered 5 different sets up wings , the gir said my food came in my bag ,talking about they were heavy . Girl no they were not . 🤦🏻 it was a lot but not heavy . Came home only to 3 orders . Bunch of bs then tells me they did put them and I’m like so I’m just making things up tryna ruin your night ? Girl I worked fast food before .they just left me on the phone waiting for no reason at all . Hung up n called it a night . Now 2 of my family members ain’t eating . Thanks wingstop

I’m an Uber driver. Last Saturday, I picked up an order from this Wingstop location. After delivering the food, the customer told me a drink was missing. I called the restaurant, but the staff was not helpful and told me the mistake was mine. When I returned to pick up the drink and explained the situation, the two employees who usually work the night shift, a short woman and another man, became extremely rude and used extrmely inappropriate language. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses these issues, as both customers and delivery drivers do not deserve this kind of har@ssment.
My orders here are often wrong, and the staff at this Wingstop don’t act professionally. I’ve heard them use bad language in front of customers more than once. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I find it disappointing. Management should really do something about how their employees act.

Juan and staff are always súper nice. My orders are always correct, and doesn’t take long. Is clean, I have notice the ladies room a bit dirty but i know is more like the people that walk in. Noticed that there’s some school kids that make a mess. They should have a security !
