I’m an Uber driver. Last Saturday, I picked up an order from this Wingstop location. After delivering the food, the customer told me a drink was missing. I called the restaurant, but the staff was not helpful and told me the mistake was mine. When I returned to pick up the drink and explained the situation, the two employees who usually work the night shift, a short woman and another man, became extremely rude and used extrmely inappropriate language. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses these issues, as both customers and delivery drivers do not deserve this kind of har@ssment.

As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I find it disappointing. Management should really do something about how their employees act.

Juan and staff are always súper nice. My orders are always correct, and doesn’t take long. Is clean, I have notice the ladies room a bit dirty but i know is more like the people that walk in. Noticed that there’s some school kids that make a mess. They should have a security !

If I had not thrown my wings in my air fryer, I would have shown you some of the greasiest chicken wings you’ve ever seen. I was very upset and hungry. This location used to be one of the best on the SWS but for the last 3/4 times I’ve been there my food hasn’t been consistent at all.
I time my call ins when I’m 5/7 mins away and to be told that my wings will be ready in 10-15 mins and I get there in 6 and my order is ready 3 of the last 4/5 times I’ve been there this year. This is the straw that broke my silence.
My Money is way too important to be blowing $20 on bad food. I shouldn’t have to take a shot in the dark on if whether or not my food is going to be right when I get home when this is your expertise. Just look at how cold and med cooked these fries are and again had I not out of hunger just thrown the wings in the air fryer they would be added to this review.
I’m no longer coming to this location because I’m the fool now. You don’t respect my Money nor my time or the food you’re giving me. I didn’t order turkey wings, I ordered regular wings. It’s like as soon as my caller id comes across their lines, they start bullshittin with my food. I hope everyone reading this realize I GAVE THEM A YEAR TO GET BETTER.
I’ll pay the extra money to get professionally fried food… look at these barely fried fries

Very Hit or Miss. It's good one day, next day it's terrible. I've bought big orders from here before work good accuracy. Last week i had what was probably the nicest cooked boneless wings I've ever had, and today they were stone hard, and cold. It sucks because you never know if the money you spend will be worth it. Strange how they can't be consistent.

Forgive me if my review is everywhere . But I'm just hungry. Food is Great but their customer service is super trash! As if The cost ain't already expensive enough. I Ordered almost 50 dollars in food and waited forever Only for them to tell me they didn't have change for a 100 when it came to pay .They wouldn't even consider I've been coming to this exact location since day one or that they completely messed up my order the last time I came and I didn't even trip. Definitely taking my money somewhere else where my business appreciated.

I didn't give any stars, I placed an order through Doordash for $50, they didn't send me my order, they only sent 8 wings. I called wingstop multiple times, they never answered the phone 'I spoke to a Doordash representative and they only refunded me $10 dollars.
