First, let’s start off with how someone else picked up my order and the girl lied and said she checked her phone. But while I had to wait for them to REMAKE the order I sat and watched the team not confirm ANY orders. Just asked the name and gave it to them. Then to question me like I’m the scammer is ridiculous. Not one apology. Not one thing to make up for the inconvenience THEY CAUSED. Had to pay for my own drinks while I waited. THEN ON TOP OF IT: they shorted me on my wings. I paid for 20 for 16. DON’T GO HERE.

I love wingstop but I’m so disappointed today because this doesn’t make any sense , there’s hair in my fries and they fried the fries so hard , the front was packed of people and their in the kitchen chatting and trying to clean up for closing and mind you it’s 11:10 pm . They made my wholeeee order completely wrong .

Went to this local today. The young Hispanic male that took my order was very polite and real. The ppl in the back got my entire order wrong after waiting for almost an hour. The Hispanic kid that came 30 mins after me got his double order first. The young lady in the back had a horrible attitude. I’m down visiting from out of town. Will never go back there.

App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst
