Very unprofessional staff one of the African American employees mest up my order and the Spanish guy came to the front telling me they will have to cancel my whole order to my card which I had already paid and had to wait 5 -10 business days for my money and wanted me to place a whole nother order...Spanish guy was very rude and not understanding ..store was not that clean at all and they need to speak English when trying to resolve an issue with a customer...didn't even apologize are nothing...I HATE IT HERE!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I was just there and was ignored by the staff and not have been able to place my order for more than 10 minutes because they were serving their friend!Manager saw me and did nothing, employee was super rude by ignoring me!They short changed me before and I called corporate but nothing was done and no follow up at all

Food was disgusting. Service was terrible. Waiting time unbelievable (more than 40 minutes). To make matters worse they got my order wrong. They also got other customers orders wrong as well. When I went to tell them, I was told I had to wait another hour. They wouldn’t refund me my money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I love wingstop! So much so that I often order through their mobile app and pick it up. Today, however, I was unable to go get my own food, so I chose the delivery option. They partner with Door Dash for delivery orders, and I understand that these drivers aren't always paying attention to the details, so when my drink was missing and the dasher insisted the store had told him it was in the bag, I didn't expect him to go back to the store and get it for me. I just called the store to request a refund for the missing item. After speaking with an associate who initially just wanted to pass the blame over to the driver rather than help me get a refund, I was put on hold to wait for the manager. I held for over 15 minutes before I hung up and tried calling back. Each time I called back, (total of 4 attempts) the phone was picked up only to put me back on hold, no greeting, no acknowledgement of the long hold time or eta of when the manager would be available, just more hold music and ads for ordering online. It's wild to me that this miniscule level of customer service is really out here foolin ppl out of their money by simply waiting them out. Moral of the story: pick up your own food and check the bag before u leave!

First time going to this wing stop and it was the worst possible!! A woman was in the store waiting for almost an hours cause they messed up her order the night before long story but the there was only 1 cashier and she was so into what was going on with the manager, the lady and another employee that I stood there for a good 10 minutes before I got to order I paid her cash and she didn’t even give me the right amount of change due back to me which was because once again she just turned around to get into the business of the manager again . When we got home chicken was cold and over cooked .. I waited about 30 + minutes. They definitely need help at that storeKid-friendliness: The cashier was not friendly

My most recent delivery was never made. Called the door fash no. No answer. Called Wingstop, Mgr said there's nothing he could do since the order was picked up. Horrible, stolen money/food. No more delivery from this location on westheimer.

This wingstop is the worst ever. There's this one guy specifically and he's new who has the worst attitude and speaks to people in a very rude way, he keeps forgetting to add the ranch inside the bag and says it's our fault for not checking in the first way, it's his job to check that everything if perfect to go, They take forever to assist us and they forgot to add seasoning to our fries, first they forgot to add our fries into the bag so we went back inside, and then when we got home there was no ranch in the bag, don't recommend eating here at all.

Tried to order from this place online, wouldn't take my credit card. Seems to be some interface error with their website where it doesn't register the values when you type them in on when you scan a credit card. I tried scanning and it wouldn't register the security code in the scan. I tried calling to place my order and before I could speak she said give me a sec and put me on hold (which is fine) but I waited for over 10 minutes and no one ever picked back up. Decided to call again which she answered immediately and put me on hold again where no one picked up again. I know it's a Friday but the fact that I can't place an order I felt like I had to leave a review.

I know this is only a casual dine in/pick up place but the service has a lot to be desired. Just ordered a combo meal and questioned why I was charged $5 over the advertised price, was told it was taxes, service charge etc.Was then asked if I wanted the $2 change?.Looked again at the bill and saw the extra charge was for the Lemonade I ordered. Went to question this and was told “oh yes, you pay extra for that choice”. So why not just tell me that when I initially ordered and also expect to keep the change?!.I also work in the service industry and don’t get tips, it’s my job. Please do it properly without trying to cream all the money you can out of every customer.

We got here and were immediately greeted by Jose he took our order but some how Juniors family who got here way after we did got their food first but Jose did a great job with a quick and humble apologies he got us taken care of… thank you Jose for your humble service. Someone please tell Junior his family needs to visit at home this is a place of business where his teammates depend on him and him leaving his station to tend to 20 30 min conversations with family can cause a stressful environment for everyone. ?? Great Job Jose!
