Disappointed in the quality of the food at this location. The prices have gone up, but the quality of the wings and the fries have deteriorated significantly, and to make things worse, the food my family and I ate here last night made us sick.

On July 4th 2025, I placed an order online for pickup. When I got home, I realized part of my order was missing. I called the store to let them know, and they gave me store credit to use later.
The next day, I used the store credit to place another order and told them I would be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, and I had to wait 7 minutes. As a customer, I had a bad experience with the service and the staff’s attitude. Because of that, I don’t plan to return to this store.

Last night after a concert I knew it was gonna be busy. As a seasoned concert goer, I understand the wait times after a concert. This was ridiculous straight chaos. We ordered online 1 hr before pickup was wanted. Arrived, and they said it would be a few minutes. So, minutes to by, I am still waiting patiently. 30 min go buy now we have an entire problem. I go to the front counter and ask about my order. Mind you, now its about 20 minutes until they close. They are slammed and still taking Door Dash and Uber eats orders. Around that same time, they told the employees to stop taking online orders. The employees were very unprofessional with no answer to anything you asked them. When I finally had enough and asked to speak to the manager. She told me someone claimed my order because it came up. I am like um no I have a very distinct last name. The only people I have seen with it are my family members. So that was a total lie they just didn't make it. They did make it right and got my order out in like 10 minutes after that, but they made my order before people that had been there for an hour before me. And for some strange reason, they were not able to hand out refunds. Which is crazy so everyone was stuck. Hungry and mad lol you guys have to do better.

Wingstop service is horrible on Main St.they are liars and dnt take of customers the manager didn't want to speak to me Door Dasher ask to remake order in enough time they refuse after I been speakm with them for over 30 mins

The food is just meh, the wings are rubbery, and there is NEVER enough sauce! It’s so aggravating, especially if you ask for the wings wells done and extra sauce. Don’t even get me started on the size of the wings. Tiny and lacking any meat. The price for a large ranch is ridiculous, I wouldn’t have to get a large if they gave slightly bigger cups on the side. I will say, the chicken strips are pretty good, and a decent size for the price. The atmosphere is not good, I’ve been to a bunch of wing-stops and each one has been dark and the floors are always sticky. I recently went to one in McKinney and Frisco, and they upgraded their look. Much cleaner and brighter than before.

Great food and hospitality. I would like to thank everyone working here. It closes at 12pm on Sunday , but i went there around 12:20 pm and asked them if they can take order when they were cleaning inside. I felt odd but they were happy to take my order. Thank you everyone. I would recommend everyone to visit this place.
