I have to eat here anytime I come to Houston. The bourbon chicken is amazing. Prices are fair and food is great. This is a food hall style location, so all orders are technically 'takeout' orders. Expect to be served and checked out quickly.

Good food but the cashier is rude

Consistently decent food but have to deduct a star. If you ask for double meat, they put back like 1/3 of whatever you selected as the first meat. Allegedly to "make room" but more likely to trim costs. In doing so, they save an entire 1 meat entre over 3 meals. Yet they've marginally raised their prices twice in the past year.

Meat is sometimes hard, I am assuming might be old perhaps. I am not happy that they charges for the hot sauce (in those little containers)

The salt and pepper shrimp with the fried rice is incredibly seasoned with the right amount of spice. We also ordered orange chicken, jalapeño shrimp and shrimp fried rice. They are the real deal and food tastes authentic to their culture if you’re in the area please check them out. They didn’t disappoint at all.

Visited on a short lunch break. Ordered szeuchan tofu, veggie lo mein, and cabbage and veggies. The cabbage was awful (hard and flavorless). The veggie lo mein and tofu tasted like nothing. Def would not return.

We got our food here today. It was one of the best food I've had in a while. Thanks a lot!

Nice folks, good food - construction makes it difficult to find. Keep looking, it is there by Potbelly.

Food is always good, but they're now putting red pepper in most all dishes, even the green beans. I have health issues and cannot eat spicy food. Hoping they will go back to less red pepper, especially in green beans and pepper steak, two of my favorites.

Amazing food. Better and more authentic than Panda Express. Great prices.

I've seen reviews before where they talk about food being bland and I tended to disagree but Today 1/3/2022 was the day..it was ALL bland!!(And no I dont have Covid!...lol! I just had some tacos for dinner and they were very tasty!!)The thing is.. not only was the food bland but everything was very LUKE WARM temperature-wise!I think that's what made it worse! I mean if your Kung Pao is boring then "we have a problem", because minimum it should be spicy and for sure it should be HOT from "The Wok"!The one other thing that I had already noticed in previous visits in need of desperate help are the Egg Rolls!!! Those HAVE TO BE CRUNCHY NOT SOGGY! (And definitely NOT Cold!) And please add a little flavor to them! Dont know if you purchase them pre-made, but when you heat them up, please sprinkle some salt or something on them for some flavor!I'll take some MSG!.(just kidding...lol!)And speaking of heating up...please do try to keep that food NICE N HOT!..I know the tunnel is a little cold these days, but whatever is under your food to keep things hot, it needs to work better!I still gave it 4 stars though because Ladies behind counter are real nice! Thank you for reading!
