It was our first visit. We ordered veggie sandwich and crunchy chicken sandwich. Both were good but I would prefer chicken over veggie sandwich. Service was good as per QSR standards. The location settings feel inviting.

Opted for the Italian sandwich, was hearty and good. I prefer WOS over that JJ sandwich place that supports Trump. I'd rather come here and get a sandwich than support JJ's.

Guy with the beanie at the register was very rude. He talks to women with impatience and annoyance. If you’re working somewhere you don’t want to work at just leave. Wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait for 20+ minutes for a sandwich and bad service.

I ordered a French dip sandwich and was delivered without the dip! What's the point in advertising French dip sandwich when you have to say you want the au jus. I called the restaurant but no one answers.

I absolutely love the sandwiches here, and the staff is always so friendly! I order from this shop at least once or twice a week, which says a lot. My only critique is that they mix the cheeses up about half the time—I always order cheddar, but often I receive American cheese instead. Other than that, everything is great!
We tried this place for the first time yesterday and ordered the Cholula chicken sandwich and a French dip sandwich. We asked for the French dip without any house spread specifically and when we got home, the sandwich was covered in the house spread.. So we ended up having to throw it out, which was a shame because we didn’t get to try it and it was a waste of money. We don’t live close enough to go back and switch it out. The Cholula chicken was fine, but the fact that we they couldn’t follow instructions on the receipt ruined the experience and we probably won’t be back.
