“Service was quick, it was packed at lunch. It’s a deli, clean, seating is basic. Parking is good. Generous sized sandwich. I didn’t care for chicken salad. It lacked flavor. Lotta eggs, never had eggs in chicken salad and would not order it, given that. Bread was fresh. Toppings were fresh.

Well, things have changed at this location. The manager, Sam is gone and wow. Just not the same happy place. Other new staff with less than great customer service. The old staff are still great. The dinig room not as well kept as Sam kept it. Just disappointing.“

“great when you need a light lunch option that isn’t fried or when you really feel like you need to eat a vegetable. not great when you’re on a strict budget, but overall not an expensive option if you’re going every once in a while.

not a big fan of their protein options, their turkey is not very flavorful and the salmon is quite fishy. but fishy salmon…. that’s like saying water is too wet, right?

i love the service here though. everyone who works here is very kind. i’ve seen some really rude customers come in and the staff handles it professionally each time. this place gets so packed so quick on some days, but i still manage to get in and out very quickly!

Vegetarian options: it’s a build your own salad bar. it’s 90% fruit and veggies. there’s chickpeas and beans you can add to your salad.

Parking: large parking lot that gets busy but doesn’t fill all the way. never have an issue finding parking“

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

“I'm truly appreciative to your wonderful staff: In particular Ms. Madison and Ms.Yohanna. These ladies should be considered for raises. Ms. Madison went above and beyond in helping me. She is a true gem and truly cares for her customers. She remembered me from a few months back and she knew i needed to be gluten free... this means so much to me truly it does. She follows precautionary protocols, shes so kind, has a wonderful memory, she made me feel safe eating in your restaurant.she is a true blessing, i wish there were more people like her in this world and please consider her for a raise. Ms.Yohanna as well made me feel safe too and she is very understanding and follows proper gluten free protocols as well. Please consider these ladies for raises.
