Urban Skillet Cypress is a great spot with a really good variety of options. The best beef burger in Houston is full of flavor, juicy, and yummy, and it is HALAL. The OG Skillet Burger is quite good, though the onions are not caramelized enough. The truffle burger is a standout and a must-try. The Buffalo Chicken Fries are a perfect 5/5, while the Mac N Cheese is too dry and not cheesy. The food is made fresh, and the service is fast, genuinely friendly, and excellent from start to finish. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The place itself is rather lonely, and it did not have enough cold water bottles or milk. There is a sign outside that says it is a vibe, and that is true. This is a great everyday work lunch spot with a small menu selection. Highly recommend.
