“Let me preface this review by saying this: I haven't been to this place in YEARS. I've moved out of the state and was semi-randomly reminiscing on this place and how good it was! (I was ordering a pressed sub from another place like they do so well.) I recommend this place to everyone visiting Houston and they always underestimate it (of all places, a sandwich shop?) until they try it. You know it's good when you remember the food and the kind people running it years later.“

Coral the manager is so sweet and pleasant and she makes your salad as if she’s making her own! And she gives great suggestions. Abril is really sweet also and she has such a pretty smile. I’ve been to other salatas and they do not taste as good as this one and overall their technique isn’t as good as briarforest location. I could literally eat here everyday“

“Came for a quick meal. I was impressed by the orderliness, cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff was ready to put my salad together. Salada is usually excellent with their service but being a day after Christmas, slow traffic, I didn’t expect the level of their excellence. Great job!“

“My go to location is on West Gray, where the ladies can almost create my salad without me saying a word. This is a great place for vegetarians and vegans although they quite a number of protein options. Salata in general and this location in particular is one where you can't go wrong.“

I ordered a roast beef and jalapeño cheese on the jalapeño bread and it was delicious, not to mention whoever’s playlist was on the speaker was lovely. The staff were quick & had a lovely disposition, AND I had the pleasure to be entertained by every thing from Teena Marie to the Isley Brothers, while having my lunch. I will mos def be back.“

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“
