On 10-24-2024 my son was assaulted on the school bus by a resident and four his friends. He was also assaulted by the boy after he got off the bus. My daughter was also assaulted by a tall, dark skinned girl with short hair. This is not the first time my children have been physically attacked in Yale Village Apartments. For that reason my kids aren't allowed to play outside in Yale Village. It is extremely unfortunate the lack of parental supervision in these apartments and the low level of morals installed into the children here. Fortunately for myself and my children this is just a small part of our story not our life story. The time I've been here has been stressful speaking on the environment alone. The people are violent and the children are disrespectful and it's a pity. Hopefully new owners will look into the situation and turn this property into a pleasant place for children to grow up. As for now my children are confined to our apt due to the negative and violent environment that is Yale Village Apts. Although I am grateful to be able to get back on my feet here and move the environment is depressing and I would not recommend to anyone, it is the ghetto so don't expect anything more out of the environment or the people here. My plan was always 2 years or less to be here, this month made my first year. I stay to myself because I understand I am just a guest here, this is a permanent place for many here. I don't see much changing but hopefully new owners care about these instances and having a peaceful and positive property and residents.

Very poor customer service from management. Lack of professionalism and uses warden type scare tactics to get over or have her way without consequences. Shows favoritism to the Latin community and goes out of her way negatively to "keep the Blacks in line".
I'm an adult born almost 50 years ago despite looking 20years younger. Was highly upset that I didn't like the fact that I was aware of her tactics and called her out in it. Plus I respectfully and tactfully let her know that I'm not a child and I wasn't a tenant that she could just mishandle and I will not just sit by and let you try to disrespect me as a person because I don't live up to your stereotype ma'am. "We can sing together yet not talk together and be sincerely HAVE a conversation!" When I said it she went out of her way to antagonize me every chance she had or on body occasions she didn't have just to show me she was in charge.
It was unnecessary and the way the higher up are set up your can only complain about discrimination but not about the treatment and and harassment plus disrespectful management. Despite proof. She does the bare minimum for the African American community while making it unpleasant to be there and bends backwards plus the rules for the Latino community and doesn't even care if you notice like she's untouchable.
I'd rather be homeless as a woman before a dollar with dignity than live here and tolerate the treatment.

The moment you drive in here the tall speed bumps will crack the chassis of you car in half. Do not come in these apartments unless you have a high ground clearance truck or SUV. The height of these speed bumps are ridiculous! You hear the bottom of your car slamming onto the top of each speed bump. Cracking and scratching the lower part of your cars frame. And that’s how rust corrosion begins. You don’t care about your car slamming onto the steep curb height speed bumps ten this is the place for you. Will need a new suspension shocks and struts at least 10 times a year.

03-11-2024 I have been living here for almost 6 years and it's not all that bad. My biggest issue is how the rent is about to go to 1400 for a 1 bedroom due to the changing of the management company. I don't like going to the washateria either. Management is very helpful. I only mostly deal with either Ms. Wesli and Noah. Ms. Nesly would be great if she wasn't so rude. One thing I can say is if she sees that you're doing what you're supposed to do for yourself, she will applaud and celebrate you as well as encourage and work with you.

I have parked and slept in parking lot plenty of times. I don't see what can't be fixed. Haven't gotten in yet but wanted to speak on the ones complaining. Me and my son has been living since the whole pandemic and after in my half broken down truck. It's ppl under bridges,in tents, etc..trying to find a roof over our head and you get the opportunity and can't make the best out of it. Baby let's switch anyday.

Since I moved in they have not Fix my screen windows I feel harass by the landlord she keeps targeting me they are rude especially when my daughter locked the door on me yes she did they did not care they took there time they have they favorite tenants bug problem as well I do not recommend my neighbor car for broken into the landlord did nothing no cameras no type of safety but a gate lol
