My partner and I come here often. The drinks and the food are great. Their 20pz ribeye is probably one of the best in town!However, the other day I saw one of the barbacks refilling the fruit for the garnish station. He was using his bare hands to grab the fruit and place it into the container. It was gross.Also, we were sitting on the far side of the bar from the entrance door. We did not enjoy the vibe on this side and several of the servers were acting like nine-year-olds. It was very distracting.I'll keep going, for sure, but I suggest sitting either at a table or at the bar closest to the door and making sure your drinks don't have fruit garnish.

Amazing place. I ordered nachos 5/5 they were delicious, fyi this is a big plate is definitely a shareable plate for at least 4 people. The beans, guacamole and salsa is amazing. Service good too and the atmosphere plus the view is just so cozy

Rude customer service. We asked Maritza to change our table since she placed us next to the door, and she lied about it that door is locked. Then, instead she accepts her mistake which ruined our experience here, she brought excuses. Her behavior was really rude and unprofessional. We come here often, but I won't. They should work on their customer service.

After waiting 20 minutes for an uncooked poke nacho appetizer, Not only did we have to ask the server about the food that was initially ordered, but were floored by his response of yes we discussed it but I never put it in …. ( how do I the person who order food 2nd, a side of mashed potatoes and toast) get food but the initial persons order was made optional at the discretion of someone who clearly is not in line with regular food industry service communication. Please believe I will never patronize this organizations Houston Memorial location ever again and will continue to discourage any one else waist their time or money where such a poor level of customer service is exemplified.
