I'm entirely disappointed with my experience. I had planned a beautiful surprise sunset dinner for our anniversary, drinks at the rooftop Z on 23, and a dinner reservation at 6:30 PM for Zutro. This was going to be our first time visiting, so I had called and arranged everything 10 days in advance to make the surprise seamless. We arrive around 5:20 PM, and we go up to the 23rd floor. Closed, doors locked. We go back down to the reception, where the lady confirms the rooftop is closed. No reason given. Online, everything shows open. Disheartened, we walk around the city for an hour until the reservation time at 6:30 PM. No one greets us on the way in; the front desk is empty. The only lady working was the bartender, and she was running back and forth. We sat patiently at a random table, nothing. I moved to the bar to ask for assistance, and she said she would be right with me. More and more time passes, and I just let her know we will go elsewhere. She explains that the server didn't come in today, and also let us know that the rooftop was closed due to 'inclement weather' when they already have heaters and such. I just gave up on the entire plan we were very excited for, and had our lovely anniversary down the street at ToroToro, and they were delightful. I would consider trying Z again if I weren't worried that they would be randomly closed due to understaffing and laziness. What a shame.

Service and atmosphere: Unfortunately, we received very bad and unprofessional service. The bartender was unfriendly and couldn't care less for providing good customer service. He couldn't advise us on the cocktails selection when we asked for recommendations. He told us to scan QR code. Once we scanned the QR code and selected two different cocktails the bartender made both of them the same way. Money and tip well spent, NOT!
Pricing: $$$ overpriced cocktails. Sadly, I would not recommend this place.

Small, more for the hotel guests. Drinks were ok, reasonably priced. Not much of a view but cool step away if your staying at the hotel which has a nice ambiance. In walking distance from pappas bros, federal American grill, the puttshack and discovery green park. More than likely tables will be taken you may find a seat with others.

What a great view!! Musics was really cool as well. Not a lot of seating and the best spot to take pic you have to ask those standing in that space. All was kind and understanding.

On the flip side the view is stunning and the place got surprisingly packed during a weekday night.

Sunday night. It was very quiet, the views are amazing and the feeling is great. I have to come back on a Friday or Saturday to see how the atmosphere is. The food was great, the music not so good. Very chill place to hang out and reflect about life, not so good to have great time on a Sunday night.!
