Rosa's has good food, excellent Street tacos, awesome club sandwich, crispy brown fries, sweet Texas tea, chips and salsa. Service has been outstanding and clean. Plates were really good and experience was never bad. Sign was small and lit open. Family said the food was great. Family has been here multiple times and always enjoyed the nice job service. Recommend you swing in and try it.
