“Brought the Hudson Oaks Bahama Bucks truck out for my wedding, and the Avalanche Crew was absolutely phenomenal! My guests were thrilled with the variety of flavors available, and the crew served my guests so efficiently that I was amazed! Couldn't possibly have been happier, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks to Sean Allen and his Mobile Unit Avalanche Crew - y'all rock!!”

“I had the Austin Mushroom Burger. The mushrooms were huge, and perfect, as was everything else on it. Yummy!”

“I don't know how long it's been reopened. But we stopped by tonight. I asked for a orange juice with my meal. it wasn't brought out. The waitress came by asked about us after the cook did. I told her to remove the orange juice. I see it was scratched out . But the price wasn't changed. Believe I paid for something I didn't recieve. She was new said she was new. so I let it go! The place was very very clean and the food was fresh.”

“Definitely a good spot for breakfast mid-day! Breakfast is served all day, good family friendly atmosphere. Service was excellent!

They have a good variety of menu items. The ribeye steak was cooked exactly as requested and flavorful. Everything was fresh and tasted like 'from scratch', homemade cooking!

The only complaint we had would be the loaded fries. Basically, chili cheese fries with lots of chili and not much cheese. They didn't taste bad, just too much chili for my taste.

We will return to R & K in the future!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families and children there. They do have kids menu options and kids love their pancakes!”

“The burgers and sides were excellent and it's a very fun atmosphere. The server received a 3 due to not being attentive and we had to repeatedly ask for things you would expect to get without asking, like silverware, napkins and plates for sharing appetizers. The Grinch Tree and Snoop on a Stoop added some fun humor to the atmosphere.”

“My 2 year old fell off of the bench to our kitchen table. He hit his head on the arm of the couch and the only thing he cried about, was dropping his Lemon Nothing Bundt Cake onto the floor. That kind of reaction deserves 5 stars in my opinion. We love the Hudson Oaks location. Everyone is always so sweet and the cakes are always delicious!”
