Bahama Buck's - Hudson Oaks

Was expecting something more. Was ok.

Store opens at 12:00 PM. 12:07 PM no one’s answering at the drive thru and this paper is up on the window. We decide to wait in the parking lot with 5 other cards waiting. Kids walk up to the front door peeking in the windows then the door suddenly opens at 12:20. We didn’t see an employee walk in… We go back to the drive thru behind another car that was waiting. We proceed to wait for another 10 minutes in line before they get their order taken. 12:33 we finally order. Not to mention past experiences with employees sounding annoyed when taking orders, not putting enough syrup in the snow cones, leaving chunks of ice in the cups… We’ve been to the Burleson and Fort Worth locations and have never dealt with what we’ve dealt with at this Hudson Oaks location.

Taytume always makes the best snow cones and smoothies! She is always so kind and helpful when we go into this location! We tend to visit when she’s alone and it gets super busy. She rocks the rush and makes it look easy. We love the Hudson Oaks Bahama bucks!

Idk what is wrong with this Bahama bucks but the ice always sucks!!! Go support a local snow shop. This location always disappoints and I’ve tried them on multiple occasions! Bahama bucks is the best, just not this specific location.

We came this evening, ordered two snowcones at the drive through- waited behind a large order for 11 minutes in the drive thru. Pulled up and waited an additional 7 minutes with no one coming to the window. Had to honk. Told them we had been waiting 18 minutes since we ordered. No apology. Said our order wasn’t in the system. 22 minutes later we got our order. Still no apology. Won’t be back and have been a long time Bahama bucks fan since my tech days.

Internet and the hours posted, on the door of the store, says they close at 9pm. But they were closed at 8pm tonight.... I think someone wanted to go home early.

Fast service, delicious cherry snow, only complaint - I had to ask for napkins. No biggie 👍

30 plus minute wait at the drive through for 3 snow cones! Never again.

This location is not the best. Half of my son’s snow cone was just unflavored ice. The wait time here is a little ridiculous too. The staff are all just teenagers joking around not really caring about anything. Been to many WAY better BB locations.

Came through with my family, was excited to try because of how great prior reviews were. When we got our snow cones they salted like straight salt! Our group wasn’t the only one, I watched the manager refuse any kind of help to anyone that had complained. Can’t believe the service here I’ll never be back

Service is TERRIBLE. We come here all the time and we won’t anymore. We ordered $30 worth of snowcones. 3 of them tasted just like a block of salt. We were confused that it was us until another customer and her daughter had the same thing. It was brought to their attention and they just kept repeating with a smirk that “nobody else has complained”. Literally two separate customers are complaining and all they could do was laugh about it and tell us there is nothing they can do. DO BETTER BAHAMA BUCKS, you have some real terrible customer service.

Absolutely love this place!
My kids fave is the tigers blood and i am just observing with everything ive tried. Super great staff too
