Staff was inattentive and spoke like they hated their life. Never been treated like this at a Crumbl. But what led me to the review was the lackluster cookies. Especially the strawberry. It is like they dropped some generic, old jam on top. Look at the comparison.....
For some reason the cookies were not at their best. They were dry and not fresh tasting as they usually are.
Love there cookies and there party sizes are prefect for a gift to bring or just a snack to eat with ur friends
