This was the first time that I had to wait about 20-25 for my food. They didn't even come out and say that my food would be out soon. Only when I asked what was taking so long did they say something. Probably won't visit that location again.

This Chick-fil-A location at 19707 US-59 in Humble truly stands out. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive — they make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Even during busy hours, the drive-thru moves quickly and the team keeps everything organized with a smile.

The weight was very short for my grilled chicken club meal. It might’ve been three minutes the atmosphere in the dining room felt like home. The two front counter ladies who assisted me were more than sweet. They were so affirming, uplifting, and caring. I enjoy Chick-fil-A and I love the company, but it’s so rare that I see a heart in the team this genuine. and for me, it was quite heartfelt.
