The drive thru was unorganized. This is not how Chick-fil-A normally handles their drive-thru. It was a little disappointing it took longer than normal. They're still better than most of them even when they're unorganized. My order taker was wonderful. She was friendly welcoming efficient and accurate.

Food is perfect, staff is great. Layout is super weird. I get that CFA wants to "my pleasure" everyone to death but less is more. What i mean is. Sometimes if I want a straw or some ketchup......I want to get it myself. I don't want someone to constantly ask how it's going I'd almost pr

They were running a little behind the last time I visted, but I loved that fact my food was still hot and fresh and that each item was labeled so that the staff would not mix up any orders. Team work makes the dream work. I am sure they did it to help a staff person. But it's nice that the gesture was made. It makes my heart melt.
