I went to Chick Fil A to try the holiday drinks. I order myself a Grilled Chicken with a Peppermint Milkshake. The food was great. It came out in good timing. Unfortunately, they didn’t brought out my drink yet. They took so long to bring it to my table. I went up to the staff to ask for my drink and they said they will bring out shortly. 5 minutes later, one of the employees told me that someone was supposed to make my drink but they didn’t make it. So I said it was fine...

Recently I came in with my Fire dept crew and a lady unsure of her name or rank that works at Chick fil a stopped me and said a young lady there was having a mental or medical episode. I handled the situation but not without the amazing support compassion and care from The Employees at Chick fil a. I offered to buy the lady some food and Management said absolutely not we will take care of it and your food as well. I was amazed. Compassion and Care go along way. God Bless Them...

I came to Chick-fil-a on feeder road near Wilson in Humble for a quick grab. I ordered on the app first. Got here and had to check in. I got my food pretty quick. But I forgot to order a drink. So I walked inside. Service was fast and friendly employees. Got what I wanted. I'll be back.
