I've never had a bad service experience at any Chick-fil-A but the food quality is going down as the prices increase. I don't eat there often but I had a taste for tenders yesterday. I definitely wasted $13. I can't fairly grade the atmosphere bc I ordered curbside & was charged a $1 for using the app.

Always Greeted with smiles and excitement and I just ordered a Large fries and 12 grilled nuggets and it's always freshly hot and delicious any location I goto it's always a nice vibe

I’ve gotten my order back incorrectly multiple times and the receipt clearly states what was ordered. Food was cold and fries were extra salted when I specified no salt. Seth has taken the order each time. I’m not sure what’s going on with correspondence between the workers and customers receiving the proper order but it needs to be corrected.
