Genghis in Humble is not what it used to be. The food was not as good and there was hardly any staff. The tables felt sticky as if they were dirty, and the floors did not look clean either.
Wow‼️ I was impressed with the service. Justin was GREAT, hospitable and accommodating. I go to eat here once in a while, having a craving for some good food of Your choice, you just can not go Wrong with Genghis Grill??. Justin understood the demand of service and provided that service with finesse. As we waited, provided drink to quench the thirst, as we waited for our food to be done. Service was absolutely horrible!! She was more concerned with her stupid cellphone than anything. I got up, walked completely around the restaurant, trying to find a waitress, and nothing. So I grabbed my cup and had to fill it up my own self!!! We didn't realize that this was a self-service restaurant. After paying the bill, we realized that the food wasn't even worth what they charged. Service was so bad, that is why it doesn't even get a star.
