I ordered online on January 23rd. Once I got to the store, they said they didn't make my food because they were out of an ingredient. They did have my number but apparently it was too much trouble to call me before I drove out of my way. I asked for a refund. After a week I called because I still hadn't seen the refund. They said it could take two weeks but it has been several weeks since with nothing!

Service was absolutely horrible!! She was more concerned with her stupid cellphone than anything. I got up, walked completely around the restaurant, trying to find a waitress, and nothing. So I grabbed my cup and had to fill it up my own self!!! We didn't realize that this was a self-service restaurant. After paying the bill, we realized that the food wasn't even worth what they charged. Service was so bad, that is why it doesn't even get a star.

It had been awhile since our last visit, so we decided to try again after a bad experience a few years ago. The first thing we noticed was that there was no heat and it was a cold evening. Every time the front doors swung open, an arctic blast blew in. We waited at the door for about 5 minutes, and during that time, there was no waitstaff to be found. Finally someone emerged from the back to tell us that they were out of just about every meat that was supposed to be available. I guess that’s why there were only a few customers there during the dinner hour. We walked out.

This was a terrible experience. When you walk in the door there is a horrible smell like sewage. The table next to us had not been cleaned. Health department needs to check this place out. Had a small bowl and when I say small enough for a child. Last trip to Genghis in Humle.

Constructive Feedback: I had told myself that I did not want to visit this location again but with good faith I decided to see if this location was improving. 2/1/2024 Me and a guest walk into this location. The restaurant seems short staffed, and I understand that it will be a wait, which is fine. We got seated next to a dirty table by the hostess, there is never a full spread of proteins like other GGs, the restaurant was not tidy, and the I did not even finish my bowl due to the overall taste. The guest that I was with did not even get his bowl because it was incorrect twice. The manager (on duty lead) took off the second bowl, I paid and then we left. This is not the Genghis Grill experience that I am used to and don't desire to give this location another try.

I had to call ten minutes after receiving the notification that the food was ready (which was not an issue - I just wanted to ensure that my food wasn’t sitting up and forgotten about). A rude tall white male (probably in his 40/50s) handed me a bag with an incomplete order. I received the two small bowls I created, but was missing the kids meal and two drinks. I informed him of what I was missing (the Mac and cheese with an apple juice). He said they were out of apple juice and stated that “I would have to take that up with whatever.” I informed him that I was also missing a sweet tea. He walked away without a word. Zero politeness and poor customer service from this guy during the entire interaction. I was extremely calm and trying my best to be patient with such rude remarks and a terrible attitude. He could’ve at least spoke when he approached me, offered an alternative beverage option or refund, and said thank you once I received the rest of my order. Now I have to pray over my food/drink in case this was a racist individual, because that’s honestly the vibes I received from him. I drove near an hour through evening traffic from central Houston to this location in Humble, and I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return to this location again. These workers need to remember that without customers, businesses would cease to exist, and without business operating, they would be out of a job. God bless them.Parking: Two curbside-pickup spots.

Genghis in Humble is not what it used to be. The food was not as good and there was hardly any staff. The tables felt sticky as if they were dirty, and the floors did not look clean either.

Used to like this place. First sweet tea instead of non sweet. Over look that one. Ordered medium bowl, pick your own meats. Half the meats where empty. This is at 11:00 AM. They should have been full. Half the vegetables where out. Once again at 11 o'clock they should have been full. Bowl finally came out. Asked server where are the noodles. She stated that they cut them up. Looks like the cook only gave me the small order of noodles. I guess that's why there were only 6 people. This place is normally packed. I think corporate office needs too do a quality visit. Will not go back there again. Not even full like I normally was and for $19 I should be happy. I AM NOT HAPPY...
