Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".

Very disappointed with their service. Ordered a cookie cake, showed up an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and they still had not completed the order. Three people behind the counter, one did not have a mask on at all around the food, the other two had them below their nose. Had to wait 15-20 mins for them to complete my cake, in which they made errors. Tried to resolve the issue with the franchise owner, seeking a refund and was told I could get my next two cakes free......read full review
