had very bad experience last night, won't answer the phone. have been calling all day☹
You expect your food to be fresh when they ask you to pull forward because they have to finish cooking the tacos.....but everything comes out cold....bad move Jack-in-the-box 😡. Went back and asked them to make everything fresh...they forgot the fries so we had to knock on the door (dining area was closed) they bring us fries out that are COLD. Get home...all they did it appears was warm out food up in a microwave. My husband frequents this establishment often. I will be contacting...read full review
