I have been a Jade Palace customer for over 42 years. I first noticed the price increase and portion size shrink and decided not to go back. Then someone posted online that they closed to remodel and were having a Grand Reopening! I was stoked to see the changes and especially the bathroom! I went in on Sunday August 18th and noticed that the walls were bare and dirty. There has not been any remodel. We waited for 20 minutes jyst for water.
