“We had an amazing experience at this Asian buffet! The variety is incredible — not only do they offer sushi, seafood, and traditional hot dishes, but they also have hot pot and BBQ options, which made the meal even more fun and interactive. Being able to cook fresh ingredients at the table and enjoy freshly grilled items was definitely a highlight.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and constantly refilled. The seafood selection was impressive, and the sushi was surprisingly high quality. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and well organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
Great value for the price. We will definitely be coming back again!“

“I have been a long time customer of Sarku. I have read the bad reviews and I know every experience can be different but I have had only good experiences at this location. The service has always been friendly. This location is always busy and the line can get long. No matter how long the line I have never had to wait too long. The cooks have been the same ones for years now. They know how to cook the chicken just right. I have had teriyaki chicken at other places and the chicken is burnt. I have never had that issue here. I will say the prices have gone up but they have gone up everywhere so it's unfair for people to leave a bad review because they think the prices are too high. However, their portion sizes are plenty and I usually get double meat so I have enough for lunch the next day. Their drink cups are BIG so when you spend $2.50 you get alota soda vs other places with their small cups for the same price. Before covid they offered refills but that is gone. Smh. I recommend this place for some good teriyaki.“

“Overall I thought this place was pretty good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food portions for the price were decent. The food wasn't over salty which is a big plus. There wasn't any room at the table where the chef cooks the food, which is a highlight and why we go to these places. It was about a 20-30 minute wait, which was a bummer. We opted to just sit at a booth. The only thing was the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked but I would definitely visit again.“

“We went to have lunch fir hibachi the other day and we both has the chicken and steak with chicken fried rice and you have the option of soup or salad. We both had the salad... the cook came out did his cooking presentation 😁 i still love the 🌋 presentation with the onions. The chicken was juicy and the steak was tender.. the chicken fried rice was good but could of used a little more garlic butter..The atmosphere was super quiet we could even hear the ding from the tablet where orders come in.. we even had to say something about the dinging of the tablet because it was annoying... Other than that I do recommend this place and the lunch and dinner prices are reasonable..We will definitely be back...“

“Please see all updates for an honest review.
Thoughts, when a customer calls up due to there order being incorrect, maybe don’t blame them for grabbing the wrong order(especially when you handed it to them).
Secondly, at least apologize before you make said customer drive back and bring you the incorrect bowl in order to get the correct one.
Thirdly, at least offer something for the inconvenience(transparency, if they had felt genuinely bad about the situation from the start I would’ve turned it down, mistakes happen).
Furthermore when the customer leaves with the correct order, the least you could do is assure it’s good food and not dried out.
$33 wasted, food in trash. You took advantage of me!
Update: thanks for reaching out, I guess? No offer to refund or replace huh? Food still in trash can where it belonged if you want it back. Sincerity goes further than lip service.

“Incredible food. I don’t write reviews often but good lord. When I walked in a young lady sprinted to the front eager to help me. She recommended a bowl for me to try and it did not disappoint. Kind and friendly people with very fast service.“
